Our RB-600 type roller-path shot-blasting machine was installed in the summer of 2022 at our Transdanubian steel structure manufacturing partner with several decades of experience.
When choosing the type of machine, beyond efficiency, saving space was also an important consideration, so - after professional consultations - our partner selected the smallest member of our roller-path machine family.
The shot-blasting equipment with 600 mm x 300 mm cross-section is ideal for surface cleaning of bar and profile steels, and pipes.
The power is provided by 2 turbines of 5.5 kW, positioned opposite each other, below and above the roller track plane, to ensure efficient insufflation of the cross-section.
As part of the system, dusty air is filtered by a four-cartridge dust filter unit, while safe and self-protecting operation is ensured by a state-of-the-art control cabinet.
The new equipment will help our partner to increase economical and working efficiency in the future.
